About Us
DRIVEN BY CHANGE
Disrupting Defence was built around the need for change in the defence ecosystem. Our military, industry and academia leaders alike, know that now is the time to make it happen.
Michael Nelson
Executive Director
Michael Nelson is a 13-year veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces, splitting his service equally between its special forces and capability development communities (Joint C4ISR and Land ISR). He is also an MBA graduate and the founder of CINTIQS, a Military Technology accelerator designed to enable Small-to-Medium sized businesses to not just survive, but thrive, in Canada's defence eco-system.
